The turbine housing is made of cast iron, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 700 degrees Celsius, while the steel turbine wheel is constructed from a special K418 alloy for high oxidation resistance and stability at temperatures up to 900 degrees Celsius. The volute is made of nodular cast iron with a tensile strength of 450MPa. The turbocharger has undergone a 100% balancing test using VSR machine technology.
