Description
Proudly handmade in the UK, the Blenhiem is a contemporary summerhouse featuring lockable bi-fold doors across the front of the building. For the safety of you and your family, this garden room is glazed with acrylic safety glazing. To compliment the fully glazed front there are fixed side windows. This summer house is constructed on strong 44mm square framing and clad with planed Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, FSC approved northern European pine. The roof and floor are both T&G boards. The window and doors are traditional, joinery made quality and of a storm resistant design. The Summerhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat immediately after installation.

Notes:
Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
Some images may show extra painting or decoration which is not included in the price.
When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
