Description
The contemporary Miami Summerhouse is a stunning design updating the traditional summerhouse into a modern garden room. The high quality double doors open out to the front with a small canopy over and the doors are also fitted with a mortice lock. There are three large fixed windows and two small opening windows to give lots of natural light. The windows and doors are fitted with acrylic safety glazing and are joinery made in a storm resistant design. The building is constructed on strong 44 x 70 mm (2" x 3") square framing and clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine. The roof is 12mm T&G with roof felt supplied to complete the exterior. The floor is strong 16 mm T&G. Dipped base coat preservative ready for you to top coat.

If you purchase the assembly service prior to the assembly of your garden building, we will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. To ensure that you have a suitable base in situ, we will contact you to check this and once this has passed, we will contact you to book the delivery and assembly service.

When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
