Usage

Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile.

Periodically, turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure.

Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth. Clean from the edge to the middle of the rug, do not rub.

For tough stains, scrape off the dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth. If necessary, use a carpet cleaning liquid.

Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning. Use only rug recommended cleaners.

For comfortable use, we recommend airing out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally for one to two days) to allow the natural scent of the material to fade.

Each product of this model is hand-made and unique, therefore the shade and pattern may be slightly different from the model presented in the picture. Because of the product's fabric, it may sporadically shed; however, this is a standard process and is not considered a defect of the product. The product requires some time after unpacking to reach its desired state. We recommend unfolding it as soon as possible, giving it up to 72 hours to straighten, as well as putting a heavy weight on the ends for a better effect.
