These have the riveted axle, the wheel cannot be disassembled, and therefore it is not possible, I repeat, you cannot put a screw through the bottom, they only serve to screw in a screw already placed and put a nut underneath, which is not the normal case. I do not return them because it costs me more the hassle of shipping than the wheels, but even the ones I have bought in the cheap "Chinese" stores are not of such poor quality. They are cheap, but they do not work, I suggest you spend the money on a beer or a sandwich, but not on these wheels
