General description

The Bosch GMS 120-27 Professional Detector is designed to help you detect and locate metals, live wires, and wooden studs in dry walls. This wall scanner enhances safety on the job by allowing craftspeople to locate objects before drilling, which is particularly useful during renovation work involving cabinets, kitchen counters, washbasins, boilers, heating systems, and the installation of A/C and sprinkler systems. The scanner identifies the center of detected objects and indicates their material characteristics, such as whether they are magnetic or non-magnetic metal, live wires, or non-metallic. Detection results are displayed through signal indications and a colour-coded marking hole, making it easy to mark exactly where objects have been detected.
