Published on 10/07/2019, United KingdomBought one of these and was very impressed with it. As good as a Bosch original in my opinion. So good I decided to order a spare. On reflection decided to order two spares. They arrived through my letterbox and the envelope was split with the blades sticking out. On examination of the blades I found minor imperfections on running my finger along the length of the cutting edge. Sent them as email which was answered with an automated response that they would reply within 48 hrs. They replies saying send them back with the attached returns label. Unfortunately there was no attachment. Sent them a further email but am still waiting for a reply. I say again a good blade but a pity about the poor customer support.
