I was delighted to receive my new blade several days earlier than the promised delivery date, but that delight evaporated as soon as I tried to install it in my Rotak 43. I found that the bolt provided was too small in diameter to fit the machine. When I tried to enlarge the centre hole in the new blade to accommodate the existing bolt I found that the material of the blade was harder than my drills or files could cope with, so this expensive piece of steel might as well be junk.
