The chairs are nice but didn’t suit what I needed them for , returns are a nightmare I have been trying to return these for 2 weeks now communication is awful just generic reply’s saying thank you for your request , as the chairs were delivered in separate orders I was advised to refuse the last chair on delivery and am still waiting for a refund and still waiting for the 5 other chairs to be picked up !! Edit review … still waiting to get a date for collection and now we have received a letter for import tax none of which is stated when ordering also apparently my postcode doesn’t exist when they still managed to deliver the items and send the import letter !!!
