Very disappointed. The rattan is of poor quality, already damaged upon unpacking, and the seat is completely flimsy, so you can feel the metal bars. We'll see how it goes with cushions (for the price, they should have been included...). I think the rattan unfortunately won't last, and now that it's assembled, it's impossible to return anything anyway. There was no protective cover included either. I also think this is the worst piece of furniture I've ever had to assemble. It took 3.5 hours, and there were machining problems; the parts didn't line up properly. Nothing was designed to make it easy. As for the wheels, the reinforcement bar in the middle prevents them from turning because it's the same length, especially on uneven ground. It's a real shame; on paper, it had potential, but it's too expensive for what it is.
