The chair is great but the colour is not brown it is more like black and does not go with our furniture very disappointed what do I do now.

Product suits me. I gives me the comfort and stability that I need. Doesn’t really swivel and rather noisy when using other features.

Had this for exactly a year before it fell to bits, the back has no support and falls flat with a little pressure, there are pieces of wood chippings all over the floor, it appears to be made out of OSB (strand) board and not suitable to take the two bolts holding it together. I have photos but when I try to upload, even though they are less than 5Mb, it says "Oh no! Something went wrong! You should try again". Tried 3 or 4 times. UPDATE 3/02/22: After initially getting emails saying it was out of warranty, by 3 days, the seller (SONIC) came back after seeing the photos and offered us a brand new chair for free. We only needed the back of the chair, but it comes as a whole unit. This was received very quickly at no charge. I have told me 81 year old Dad to be more careful with this one, but I promise you he doesn't jump up and down on it!!! I stripped the old chair (with a Stanley knife) to see what had happened. There are two bolts on each side which go into particle board, OSB, at a thin part at the base of the back piece, the top hole had fractured across the board and snapped, this meant no support at all, if you lent on the back it would fall backwards! Poor design, needs much stronger wood at this point, I hoped to repair it, not a chance, scrap.
