Description

General description

The pair of steel car ramps are suitable for auto display or maintenance. They are manufactured from 3mm steel with a red corrosion-resistant spray finish. Each car ramp holds a capacity of 1000 kg, suitable for cars with a tyre width of up to 235 mm (note that the width of the tyre can exceed this but it will overhang the ramp). The stop at the front of the ramp is designed to minimize the risk of driving past the point of no return. Steel crossbars at intervals prevent the tyre from slipping on the surface.

Solid, but not suitable for most recent cars that have a front bumper too low (C4 Picasso, Octavia for example)

Good product, be careful it is better to fix it to the ground, too bad the ramps are not equipped with fixing holes and that they are not a little longer for a smooth climb.

For the price they are very satisfactory. Good quality, I use it professionally for vehicle presentation. But it remains perfect for over-elevating a car for mechanical purposes.

These ramps are of good quality and solid, but need to be slightly modified before being used on the ground. This will no doubt depend on your car. On a Clio 3 for example, the bottom of the bumper touches the ramp well before the wheels start to lift off. All you need to do it as a wedge in front of the ramp so that the car starts to lift earlier. Other than that, I didn't have any issues, I was able to change my oil without problem.
