Hello Madam, Sir, the delivery man arrived in front of my residence to put the box on the ground and left at full speed I had a knee operation in February I walk with crutches it was impossible for me to mount the plate home fortunately my 12 year old son did it but this package was very heavy for him. When plugging in the hob it never wanted to light up I do not understand at all that being new it does not work I would like, as a Dad of 4 children, to receive a hob again as a matter of urgency. now I can't cook for myself and my family. I cook a lot and 8500w seemed good to me for 5 lights. We finished moving this plate but what a disappointment ... No power as promised! You cannot cook properly even using only two hotplates.
