Description

This Rustins Chalky Finish Paint is designed to refresh and transform furniture and interior surfaces with a velvety flat matte finish. It is suitable for use on various materials, providing a smooth, touchable surface with minimal preparation required. The paint can be applied over most previously coated items or directly onto bare surfaces to achieve a shabby chic or vintage look.

• Number of coats: 1 coat over primed surfaces, minimum of 2 coats on bare substrates
• Drying time: Touch dry in about 30 minutes; re-coating after at least 2 hours
• Application temperature: Ideally between 15°C and 25°C; do not use below 10°C or in high humidity conditions

Compatibility and Accessories

• Suitable for use on bare wood, hardboard, MDF, plaster, brickwork, and cement
• Not suitable for direct application on metals
• Can be used as a finish coat over existing wood and metal primers or paints

Installation

• Apply with a brush or roller, ensuring surfaces are clean and dry
• No extensive preparation needed; test on small area if applying over existing coatings for compatibility
• Allow sufficient drying time between coats
