This usefully provides some extra hanging space on a heated towel rail. It is a little fiddly to fit if you are putting it on a towel rail which is already fixed to the wall but I managed it without needing another pair of hands. I recommend tightening the bolts just enough to stop the rail from sliding - don't overtighten and risk damaging the chrome of the heated rail...
