The product is very aesthetic and practical, however two small improvements would be interesting to make: on the one hand, the instructions lack clarity for the assembly of the rope. You have to be careful! And on the other hand, rubber bands or small parts to wedge the slats would be welcome. Otherwise they move constantly (Wedged here with small pieces of cardboard that cannot be seen but are essential for use.) Otherwise quality product!

Excellent product...but be careful the slats can slip sideways and fall. The solution: rubber O-rings (24) to block the slats horizontally, it works. The product should come with...a pity.

A little heavy, so make sure the ceiling supports it. Screw pulleys that are too short if you want to reach the beams under a placo ceiling on rails: I personally used molly and marine stainless steel rings to suspend it: it seems to hold...

Very well. Fixing the pulleys = large wood screw provided for fixing on a beam or a large concrete dowel

On reception one of the two cast iron supports was broken I sent a photo and 48 hours later I received two new supports !! Well done for the responsiveness and the seriousness! this clothes horse is easy to assemble, strong and pretty
