Wow! This Crib Playhouse has everything; a lounge, a bedroom and a garage with double doors, what more could a child need! There is plenty of room for children and toys in this spacious playhouse and they will enjoy it for many years. One fixed window and two opening windows are supplied. Made in the UK with high grade FSC approved shiplap timber over sturdy 34mm framing with T&G roof and floor. This playhouse complies with BS EN 71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark. Dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
