An amazing dream cottage in your own garden oozing fairy tale charm. Our Enchanted Cottage will make a show-stopping feature in your garden while keeping all princes and princesses happy! It features five windows, including one opening side window and a delightful dormer window that allow plenty of light. A shaped fascia and two window boxes add the finishing touches, along with pretty mock antique hinges and diamond window detail on the door. The 'Upstairs' comes complete with a balustrade, ladder, and banister rail. Made in the UK with high-grade FSC approved shiplap timber over sturdy 34 mm framing, it has a T&G roof and floor.

Installation

This building is self-assembly; all fixings, roof felt, and assembly instructions are provided.

Before assembly, a flat and level base of sufficient size is required; grass, soil, or gravel are not suitable as they will move with the weight of the building.

Allowance should be made for roof overhang and access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.

Usage

Encourages healthy outdoor play.

Summer house cancelled at last minute.Shire have been a complete let down all summer. Terrible terrible service. Mano Mano need to get rid of this supplier.
