I got this to set up a U shaped rail for my 80cm x 100cm shower. I did the cutting of the rod with an angle grinder. My hacksaw wasn't up for the job. The three pieces get connected with two corners. Unfortunately, it will keep moving/ swiveling around the corners as there was no way of fixing the pieces together. In the instruction there is a picture which shows holes to fix the straight bits to the corners with small screws. The screws for this were in the pack, but singe there were no holes in place (they would have to be threaded) i couldn't fixate it. To work with this swirly-twirly U was not much of a pleasure. You also do well by replacing the plugs and screws that come with it. (one of the screw heads broke off when installing it - which was very annoying) The bit, that connects the vertical to the horizontal rod is made from plastic and didn't fit the diameter of the rod well. I had to forcefully yet carefully (as it is plastic) slide it on from the end of the middle rod (dismantled). The installation took much longer than expected but now, that it is in place, I can say it seems to be sturdy. However I would not buy it again.
