Derry Bold - Black Nickel Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Lockshield Corner 10mm

Thermostatic control with a coordinated valve set

This modern Derry Bold TRV set pairs a thermostatic radiator valve with a matching lockshield, helping you manage the warmth of an individual room without relying only on the main heating controls. The corner body connects to 10mm pipework, while the liquid sensor responds automatically to changes in room temperature.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Manage radiator warmth around how the room is used: Thermostatic control lets this radiator react to the temperature of its own room rather than relying only on the main heating controls.
• Reduce unnecessary radiator heating: Restricting flow when less heat is needed can help prevent an already-comfortable room from continuing to receive unnecessary radiator heat.
• Give the heating system extra protection from freezing conditions: The frost setting provides a safeguard for very cold conditions by allowing the valve to open slightly when temperatures fall sufficiently low.
• Avoid sourcing a matching lockshield separately: Both the thermostatic side and matching lockshield are included, simplifying the parts you need to source for the radiator.
• Choose a valve body that suits your pipe route: For pipework coming straight from the wall to a side-entry radiator, this corner layout keeps the connection compact.
• Set the radiator to a more suitable comfort level: Multi-temperature control provides a choice of thermostatic settings rather than limiting the radiator to fully open or fully closed.
• Let the thermostatic mechanism respond without constant adjustment: The liquid sensor responds to changes in surrounding temperature to operate the thermostatic mechanism automatically.
• Coordinate the valves with the radiator: Its modern profile gives the radiator connection a neater, more streamlined finishing detail. The polished & lacquered Black Nickel finish helps coordinate the valves with the radiator and nearby fittings.
• Choose with added confidence beyond installation: The included 3 years guarantee adds confidence when choosing a valve set for ongoing everyday use.
