Derry Bold - Silver Nickel Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Lockshield Corner 8mm

More individual control for your radiator

The Derry Bold Silver Nickel thermostatic radiator valve and matching lockshield give you room-by-room control over an individual radiator while keeping the installation visually coordinated. Its corner 8mm fitting and liquid sensor combine practical connection design with automatic thermostatic response as the room temperature changes.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Give each room its own level of heating control: Instead of leaving the radiator fully open, the TRV adjusts the flow of hot water as the surrounding room temperature changes.
• Reduce unnecessary radiator heating: Once the room needs less heat, the TRV can reduce flow through that radiator, helping make more efficient use of the hot water being circulated.
• Give the heating system extra protection from freezing conditions: The frost setting provides a safeguard for very cold conditions by allowing the valve to open slightly when temperatures fall sufficiently low.
• Finish both sides of the radiator with one set: Supplying a matching lockshield alongside the TRV means both visible valve positions can be completed as one coordinated set.
• Match the fitting to the direction of your pipework: The corner body is designed for wall-fed pipework meeting a side-entry radiator, helping create a neater valve position.
• Choose a heating level that suits the space: Multi-temperature adjustment lets the radiator be set to a more appropriate comfort level for the room.
• Let the valve respond automatically to room temperature: The liquid sensing element changes with room temperature and drives the valve's automatic thermostatic response.
• Give the radiator a more considered finishing detail: The contemporary body shape is designed to complement modern radiators without adding unnecessary visual bulk. Its brushed & lacquered Silver Nickel surface lets the valves become part of the radiator's overall finish rather than an afterthought.
• Choose a valve set backed beyond installation: The 3 years guarantee provides added reassurance for a product intended to remain part of the heating installation for years to come.
