Customer reviews
Easy-to-handle and efficient tool. Used for cutting dry wood planks. Good battery life with a 12 Ah battery.
A fantastic tool: powerful yet quiet, at the best price I could find. Next winter's firewood won't believe its eyes! Delivery by Doctor Marteau was on time, and although there was no extra packaging, the parcel arrived in perfect condition. A great deal!
During intensive use sawing of thick firewood logs, the battery overheats and the chainsaw shuts off. Therefore, only 3 stars were awarded. The problem was noticed when the batteries were immediately recharged and the yellow light on the charger illuminated. This indicates that the battery is overheating and charging very slowly.
Paired with a 15Ah Flexvolt battery, it's every bit as good as a gas-powered chainsaw. Simple, powerful, and efficient! Thanks, DEWALT!
This is the second machine I've purchased, and the same problem. It works very well for 10 minutes. The power and chain are very efficient. Afterward, the machine stops and sometimes won't start again. Or it runs at half power. You need at least a 9 Ah battery. I'm returning the machine and will get a refund or replacement.
