Published on 22/10/2025, United KingdomI spent a long time researching table saws competing with the DeWalt, but ultimately chose the latter, largely based on the DeWalt reputation for excellence and quality. I was therefore extremely disappointed to find that the holes for attaching the table saw to the bespoke DeWalt stand were significantly out of line - one set of holes being 1cm narrower than the set on the other side. Meaning it was impossible to fit the saw to the stand. In the end, I had to drill holes myself - not a major challenge, but I would have thought DeWalt's quality assurance process would ensure such inaccurate construction would have been caught before the saw left the factory. To my mind, this has severely tarnished DeWalt's image - I shall be even more cautious in future before buying any of their products.
