Description

The Dormer P809 Solid Carbide Bright oval rotary burr features an oval ball-nose geometry with skip flute grinding to increase centre strength and reduce swarf congestion. It produces double cuts for efficient general machining, higher metal removal rates and improved ease of control. The toughened steel shank resists bending and vibration for longer tool life, with carbide and steel components ground to h6 and h7 tolerances and special brazing elements for excellent braze strength. Dimensions: 12.70 mm diameter, 6 mm shank, 22 mm working length, 67 mm overall length.

Oval ball-nose geometry with skip flute grinding for increased centre strength and reduced swarf build-up.
