General Description The Trimec wireless home security alert system is easy to install and ideal for your office, apartment, or home. It alerts you as soon as movement is detected, allowing you to rest with peace of mind. This practical and affordable system uses a passive infrared (PIR) sensor that sends a wireless signal to the receiving unit up to 70 m (300 feet) away. Mount the detector near the front door, window frame, driveway, or any other desired location. Turn on the receiver and adjust the volume. Install both units more than 90 cm above the ground for optimal performance. Usage When the detector senses movement, the receiver emits an audible sound and the LED light flashes. Wait 30 seconds after turning on the detector and receiver to activate it. Clean the detector regularly with a damp cloth to prevent sensor blockage.
