If the product is damaged do not accept delivery. Any claim of damages after the package has been signed for will not be accepted as the carrier companies insurance policy will not cover damaged goods once accepted and signed for. Goods signed as “goods not checked” will also not be accepted by the insurance company.   If you find the product damaged when the carrier is trying to deliver. The goods must be returned in the original condition and must not have been fitted. Any goods that has packaging damaged, or has been installed, or is not in a resaleable Condition will not be accepted for returns.   Please note that if you wish to return an item for a refund or an exchange then all returns are the responsibility of the buyer and we will not refund the cost of the initial delivery cost, or the cost of returning the item to us.
