The product it’s perfect apart of take the hoose back to storage place it won’t go back easily and I haven’t managed to pull back in and I have used it only once feel disappointed and don’t know what to do with it if I wanted have hoose all over garden I would not choose wall mounted hoose ,

I've got the 10m version (although really it is a 9m version), so got this. Overall it is a good product and for a 15m hose I would recommend it. The auto retract is quiet which is good, but at the same time it makes it harder to know when the hose is locked or pulling back. This means a little bit of guessing when pulling out and putting away, but the mechanism is nice and smooth so I expect it will last well. The size is quite a bit bigger than the 10m version, but still not too bad compared to most. The one bad thing is the wall bracket. This is strong enough, but the hose reel has is just put on a spike and has a handle on the top for some reason. If you live in a dodgy area and have it on the front of your house for washing your card then the local kids may end up nicking it, if you live in a nice area or it is in your back garden then it is a great hose.
