One bad point is the hose is really just 9m from the reel and it can be a bit tricky if you reach the limit. There is a bit of red tape when you get near the end, so keep an eye out for that. Good points it the hose comes out and retracts nice and smoothly, and the handle is easy to use without any leaks. Admittedly 7 spray options is over the top and you will just use one or two, but at least you will have the right one or two. The wall bracket is good and strong, with the reel slotting in then being secured with a bolt on the bottom. If you want to bring it in over the winter then a 1 minute job with a screwdriver is all it takes, the rest of the year it is nice and secure. Overall I would definitely recommend it, and indeed I bought the 15m version, so I guess that says it all.

It does what it should do,. However the recoil when you pull on the hose is too fast. When my daughter used it only for the second time she let go of the hose and it flew back so violently the hose gun smashed into the wall and broke. It could have broken the window next to it or hurt someone standing next to the real. You need a warning in the instructions not to let go of the hose when it is recoiling as it could lead to damage or injury. If you keep hold of the hose when it recoils it is fine

Does the job very well and a lot more compact than I thought it was going to be
