I decided to use bolts rather than screws to put it together as I was not convinced screws had much to hold onto. In particular the tee hinges I bolted these on with a piece of timber inside box to spread the load as the lid is quite heavy. Replaced felt with EPDM wanted to be sure it kept out water. Bolted on removable front section as it strengthened the whole box by bolting it and i could not see a need to remove it for my purposes. Overall not bad for the price.
