Quick and accurate calibration of pH meters
1. Before calibration, add pH4.00/pH6.86/pH9.18 buffer powder to a container with 250 ml of distilled water and stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
2. Press the "ON/OFF" button to turn on the pH meter and enter pH mode. 3. Immerse the electrode in the pH 6.86 standard solution and wait for the reading to stabilize (usually 5 to 10 seconds). 4. Press and hold the MODE/CAL button for 6 seconds, then release it until the pH 6.86 indicator stops flashing and the pH 6.86 calibration is complete. 5. Repeat the above steps to calibrate at pH 4.00 and pH 9.18 in the specified order. NOTE: It is essential to follow the calibration sequence: pH 6.86, pH 4.00, pH 9.18.
