As a product its great, the heating works well even from fully fogged up to clear in 4-5 minutes. Only complaint is that there's no gutter for the wire so once mounted it needs spacers to stay flat and fixed on the wall. Alternatively you should drill the hole exactly where the wire is to avoid the issue.

The shaver socket doesn’t work and the led flights went off on two occasions while it wasn’t clearly plugged in…. Can’t replace because the wires are in the wall and plastered back. I just hope I can get a refund
