Just received a message saying not delivered. My son took day off to collect, and delivery never came to the door After several phone calls eventually told it had been broken on delivery vehicle. Told they would dispatch another, but would take 6 days to come. Not good when you have already paid for the plumber to come next day. No offer of refund of delivery charges.

no where near the other mano mano slideing doors the this door does not have profiles which makes it easier to hang

I'm afraid I found the instructions very ambiguous and misleading,as a retired window installer of over 30 years experience I am used to handling glass etc but even experience is not enough to overcome the problems with the instructions given, there should be more close up drawings of the profile and which way round to assemble it, also useful would be some form of written description. I know that as you say a picture is worth a thousand words but not necessarily in this case. The overall quality is good but I have had to tweek things a bit as far as installing some small packers to the fixed panel to ensure a safer and more rigid fit. In general I am happy with the product but not in the time it has taken to get things right.
