Excellent product. Will need two person to install. Took sometime to figure out few parts installation... Since it was first time... But overall good product and service.

The instruction say " carefully read all the instructions before assembly" These are the only words contained in the instructions, there are no written words, just diagrams. Drawings of the actual product, rather than just illustrations would help. After fitting the frame I discovered that the upper and lower bar were the wrong way around for the sliding door to be hung on the side I intended. This is only obvious after finding the screw holes in the wrong place. No mention whatsoever about this in the instructions, so I had to dismantle it all and start again. I'm a tradesman with 36 years experience, and I found it difficult without good instructions so I can see how some diy'ers may struggle. If I had to do it again it would be a doddle, but please just sort out those instructions!
