Sadly, I had to return this product before installation because my customer passed away. Delivery was quick and unlike many other companies/couriers there wasn't one sign of damage to the packaging let alone the product. The returns process was absolutely fantastic so if that is anything to go by I would recommend ordering from here every time.

There was a slight delay with the order, but the customer service representatives efficiently rectified the problem. The quality of the shower tray is nice. I like the grain in it which should avoid trips as it’s for my elderly mother. It’s not installed yet otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars.
