I like it but on Web description it says energy efficiency as A+ but actual product says E rating in the box which is quiet disappointing as should give right information

There is no installation instructions in the box so fitting is not straightforward, also can’t see a way to dim the control lights very bright on a night time like having a light turned on in my bathroom

Initially I ordered the wrong product and wanted to exchange, this was not available and would have to have arranged a courier to return the wrong item and purchase the correct item. I decided to keep it and install it. A few days later I was emailed and asked if I did wish to return the item they would collect it for free which was a little late as I installed the item. However the customer service I received since then has been very good and I would buy from them again. Overall although I got a mirror instead of the cabinet (my fault) I am very pleased with how it looks and the Bluetooth sound is fab and a great extra feature! Just beware when ordering that you note which side the shaver point is on as mine was on the wrong side for installation but we worked around it.

The only thing I can fault with this mirror is the speakers are attached to the back and therefore against the wall making the sound quality poor. Also the glass wasn't square to the back which made fitting difficult and unnecessary. Having a bigger depth at the back would of made the wire hide easily and the sound quality great. Honest 4/5.
