This was sold as including a demister. However, once fitted to the wall and wired up we realised it didn’t have one. Customer service is good. Advert was incorrect and I have been refunded a sufficient percentage to cover the lack of demister. They have now changed the advert which should avoid this happening again. I assume that they have also checked and changed any other adverts, which would be good practice. Well done.
