Absolutely dreadful service from Mano Mano and Elegant showers. Despite being within the company stated 30 day return period, both companies refused to return an unused product still in its original packaging. The after service and customer support of Elegant showers is awful. Shocking. Patronising and dismissive staff dealt with my phone call. They were extremely unhelpful. Mano Mano tried to resolve the issue by appealing to the seller but ultimately they also were not able to resolve my issue and grant my return and refund. I would never recommend using either of the companies. Look elsewhere. I will personally never use either Mano Mano or Elegant showers ever again and will be recommending to everyone I know to avoid them. My advice. Stay clear of these companies.
