This Enhanced Insulation 'Swing Down' Insulated Loft Hatch is designed for easy installation and access to your loft space. It features a revolutionary multi-point catch mechanism that ensures an effective draught seal, helping to prevent warm moist air from entering your home. The hatch is compliant with Part L of Building Regulations, making it an excellent choice for energy efficiency.

  • Insulation thickness: 60mm Kingspan Polyurethane
  • U-Value: 0.35W/m²K
  • Required opening dimensions: 562mm wide x 726mm long
  • Compatible with 38mm thick trussed rafters or ceiling joists spaced at 600mm centres
  • Air permeability limit: 10m³/(h.m²) at 50pa
  • Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP): zero
  • Global Warming Potential (GWP): less than 5
