General description

Everbuild Everflex® 335 Construction Silicone in grey is a low modulus, reactive curing silicone sealant that cures quickly, minimizing dirt pick-up. It remains permanently flexible, forming a weather-tight, rubber-like seal. This sealant is designed for a wide range of applications and contains a powerful anti-fungal compound to prevent mould growth.

For optimum adhesion on uPVC and plastic components, use SILICONE 600 or SILICONE 450

Usage

This silicone sealant is suitable for various applications, including:

Sealing around PVCu profiles, trim, and cladding

Perimeter pointing to PVCu, timber, and metal window and door frames

Weather sealing to pre-formed panels and formwork

Glass to glass and glass to aluminium weather sealing

Cap glazing and remedial glazing sealing

General draught proofing

Other information

Not for use with bitumen or asphalt; use WEATHERMATE SILICONE instead

Do not use on lead or soft metals; use LEAD MATE SILICONE

On highly porous surfaces like new concrete, priming is advised or use SILICONE 450

Not suitable for substrates that may bleed oils, solvents, or plasticizers

Do not use in the vicinity of, or in conjunction with, the edge sealant of double glazed units; use SILICONE 450

Overpainting is not possible; for applications requiring overpainting, use WEATHER MATE isoacrylic sealant (external only) or MIRROR MATE (internal or external use)

Strong sturdy frame, lever on handle is solid doesn’t break after the slightest bit of pressure like cheaper models, worth spending the extra money for the durability.
