Description

• Everbuild Everflex® 335 Construction Silicone is a low modulus, reactive curing silicone sealant that cures quickly to form a weather-tight, rubber-like seal. It remains permanently flexible, waterproof, and provides good sound insulation. It contains an anti-fungal compound to prevent mold growth and is suitable for various sealing applications around windows, doors, panels, and general construction.

Compatibility and Accessories

• Compatible with most common mastic or sealant guns
• Suitable for sealing around PVCu, timber, metal, glass, and aluminum
• Not suitable for use with bitumen or asphalt
• Do not use on lead or soft metals
• Priming recommended on porous surfaces like new concrete
• Use with SILICONE 600 or SILICONE 450 for high movement applications

Installation

• Apply using a standard sealant gun
• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust or grease before application
• Cut nozzle to desired bead size and apply evenly
• Tool the sealant for a smooth finish before skin formation

• Suitable for both interior and exterior applications
• Do not overpaint; for overpainting, use compatible sealants like WEATHER MATE or MIRROR MATE
