General description

Everbuild 402 Brick Stone Patio Cement Concrete Water Seal Protector is a high-performance transparent water repellent designed to prevent water penetration on various mineral substrates including brick, stone, concrete, pebbledash, and rendering. This product is formulated with the latest technology silicone resins, ensuring effective water repellence for many years while being environmentally friendly and non-flammable.

Coverage: 5 – 8 m²/litre depending on surface porosity

Installation

All surfaces must be clean, sound, and free from dirt, mould, algae, grease, and other contaminants.

Surfaces may be damp but not wet.

Shake well before use.

Apply by low pressure (garden) spray, brush, or roller.

On vertical surfaces, saturate the wall from the bottom up.

On horizontal surfaces, flood the area and spread out after 10 minutes with a soft brush, roller, or mop.

Two coats are typically required; apply the second coat within 1 hour of the first coat.

Clean tools with warm water immediately after use.

Usage

Effective water repellent for brick, stone, render, concrete, and pebbledash.

May be applied to damp surfaces.

Other information

Do not apply below 10°C or when rain is imminent.

Avoid using on painted surfaces, wood, plastic, rubber, or in fishponds.

Do not use detergents to clean the substrate prior to application.

The surface may darken after the first application; always test a small area first.

This product will dry clear.
