Everbuild 450 Builders White Silicone is a high-quality, low modulus, neutral cure silicone sealant designed for various construction and home improvement applications. It provides a flexible, waterproof, and durable seal that adheres to most porous and non-porous surfaces without the need for priming. The sealant remains permanently flexible, forming a tight rubber-like seal, and cures quickly to ensure a high-strength waterproof barrier.
