General description

EVERBUILD STIX-ALL is a one-part, chemically curing, solvent-free sealant and adhesive that combines the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane technologies. It is specifically designed for adhering most common building surfaces to each other and themselves, offering incredible initial grab, no slip, and gap-filling properties. This product is suitable for both interior and exterior use, can be applied to wet surfaces, and is totally waterproof and weatherproof with quick curing capabilities.

Installation

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dust-free, and sound.

Surfaces may be damp but should not have standing water.

For cartridge application, cut the tip of the cartridge without damaging the thread, fix the nozzle, and cut the aperture to the required width.

For squeezy pack application, remove the plastic cap, cut the nozzle to the desired aperture, and squeeze from the base with light finger pressure.

For heavy items, apply adhesive around the edge (30-50mm from the edge) and cover back with beads of adhesive at 300mm intervals.

Provide temporary support until the adhesive has dried (24-48 hours).

Sealing and bonding in various applications, including:

As a high-quality nail replacement adhesive, even on damp surfaces.

Perimeter pointing around doors and windows, especially in mobile structures like caravans and boats.

Bonding mirrors to common substrates.

Automotive gap filling and sealing.

Jointing cladding panels.

Bonding difficult materials such as specialized polymer systems, metals, and fiberglass.

Applications requiring resistance to chemical spillage (e.g., garage forecourts).

Other information

Overpaintable if required; check compatibility with specific paint before overpainting large areas.

Do not use on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticizers.

Not for use as part of a glazing system or in aquarium manufacture.

Uncured material can be removed with a dampened cloth with white spirit; cured material can be removed mechanically.

Full cure must be allowed before overpainting.
