General description

Everbuild Plumbers Gold Sealant Adhesive is a specially formulated product designed for plumbing professionals. Utilizing advanced STPA polymer technology, it provides exceptional adhesion to a wide range of materials including hard plastics, acrylics, fiberglass, ceramics, glass, marble, granite, aluminum, mirrors, and metals. This sealant can be applied to wet surfaces and even underwater, making it ideal for various plumbing applications. It features Steritouch technology, which prevents black mould, bacterial growth, and discoloration for up to 10 years.

Installation

Cut the tip of the cartridge without damaging the thread.

Fix the nozzle and cut the aperture to the required width.

Apply using a standard sealant gun.

For heavy items, apply adhesive around the edge (30-50mm from the edge) and cover the back with beads of adhesive at 300mm intervals.

Provide temporary support until the adhesive has dried (24-48 hours).

Sealing soil and vent pipes.

Sealing and bonding waste pipes and WC pans.

Setting waste traps and grates into sinks, showers, and baths.

Conventional sealing around baths, showers, sinks, and tiled areas.

Bonding shower frames, mirrors, and ceramic ware to walls.

Permanently fixing small leaks and sealing around tap bases.

Other information

Full independent test reports for 10-year anti-fungal and anti-bacterial resistance are available.

Uncured material can be removed with a damp cloth and white spirit; cured material requires mechanical removal.

Note: Clear product dries translucent due to the presence of fungicide.
