My own experience, however, as an 85 year old 6 foot optimist, was that, having got down easily onto the kneeler, I found it impossible to get up again ! So, yes, I don't hesitate to recommend the gadget to all physically fit gardeners, but regrettably it ain't much cop to really old people who don't keep themselves fit.
