The Faithfull Essentials Hand Bulb Planter has a spring loaded design for easy one-handed use. The planter features a durable plastic handle, fitted to a 65-77mm steel core cutter, with a deeply serrated cutting edge that helps penetrate packed ground cleanly. Side graduations allow for precise depth control, the removed soil core is simply released by pushing the spring loaded handle. Suitable for planting bulbs and bedding plants.

Published on 31/10/2019, United KingdomThis is a solid piece of kit, and I like the good-sized foot ledges for pushing the cylinder into the soil, but it is quite heavy. The handles are ideal, being wide with grips on the ends, so I can wiggle the cylinder down easily. The cylinder base rim isn't sharpened, but I don't usually plant bulbs when the soil is hard and dry anyway so it's fine for my purposes. For the money, it's solid and well-made, so good value.

Published on 17/11/2018, United KingdomGood solid tool. My only con was that it was not as sharp as I would have liked. It was quite hard work to cut holes in a grassy area but fine in soil. It is very good value for money. On the whole I would recommend this product.
