For the price, it could have been factory fitted and balanced. Very succinct and not very intuitive instructions. I spent hours trying to balance it when the problem came from the adjustment of the blades between them, not straight and one blade higher than the other. For the price it's shameful not to have pre-assembled the blades in the factory, adjusted balanced and numbered to sell it ready to turn correctly.
