Assembly Information: Does Not Require Assembly

Additional Information: Because of the product's fabric, it may sporadically shed. However, it is a standard process and is not considered a defect of the product. The rug’s hair might get deformed during transport, to restore its shape, gently wet the affected pile then use a hair dryer on a low setting to blow air and brush the hair in the desired direction. Please note that each model may differ slightly from the one presented in the picture. The arrangement of colours and patterns may be different and it is not considered a product defect, but a feature.

Maintenance tips:
1.Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile
2.Periodically, turn your rug 180 ̊ to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure
3.Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth. Clean from the edge to the middle of the rug, do not rub
4.For tough stains scrape off the dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth. If necessary, use a carpet cleaning liquid. Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning. Use only rug recommended cleaners. Contact an expert for tough stain removal
5.For comfortable use we recommend airing out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally for one to two days). This allows the natural scent of the material to fade.
