When seated, the backrest is not straight enough. The movement from sitting to lying down is not pleasant and can be dangerous, especially for an elderly person. A verrin would have made it possible to accompany the movement

The product is aesthetic, but for massage it's not really massage but more rolling sensations. it is a little noise when the massage is on

The product is easy of that if The chair can be reclined but to fix it you have to bend down to get under the chair, then the chair becomes straight The seat has a base that after 15 days is out of position
