Published on 20/01/2026, United KingdomProduct itself is nice, looks good but it is very small (height wise) and looks like a child's/pygmy size in situ in my house. So, am trying to return (as said easy returns ) but is proving difficult, stressful, costing me time off work and annoying!! Delivery to my address was on time, but only one arrived and no mention of the other one. Incidentally, the other one arrived 3 days later, after which I had contacted seller about sending 1st one back. Seller does contact by return, but only on email once a day, but think it is the courier DHL that is the problem as they did come to collect last week BUT refused to take as parcels too big!!!! So all last week and this week been back and forth with seller to get new pick up date, bearing in mind I do actually go out to work some days, but have been confined to the house in case collection happens!! I am still waiting one week after being booked in!! You cannot physically contact DHL it is all recorded/auto messages and just says collection today. The saga continues! Tried to contact Manomano but it's a form online which crashes before opening, so I'm not impressed at all.
